Bioshock Speedrun Part 4: Neptune's Bounty 4:17 in 9 segments

This level features a whole bunch of new (small) glitches and tricks that I will explain in the annotation commentary.

(I made a mistake at the end of segment 6 when I uploaded this level previously, so this a new and improved version that's almost exactly 3 seconds faster.)

@ExplodingCabbage Thank you for all your work, this is crazy. I love the Radio Skipping trick, I even tried it this morning while I was playing Dead Space, but it doesn't work =( ...
