Great video, that kick almost looks korean, I know it isn't but it's still striking Hee Hee!
Very impressive! I hope WEIO gets more coverage, it looks really interesting.

Tony Jaa can actually do better...

People should be more interested in this... I feel like this should be a more international thing... It's awesome, and it's weird to me that not more people in the world thought of a game like this lol It's really basic, and really awesome lol

Chuck Norris could do that when he was 5
How high is a basketball net from bottom of the net to the ground ??? When I was in high school one of my class mates could jump up and kick the basketball net and almost hit the rim....Of course the landing was not that great.....

@avionicswirenut Im not exactly sure. I'm guessing he was hitting it doing 1 foot high kick huh. I can do that with ease. might need a bit of practice to do 2 foot though, im a tad rusty.

nice! Heard about the Arctic Winter Games in a Sport history course, and it's definitely very interesting. That is some skill you have there. If you fall, that could be very dangerous. Props to you. Are there rules to these games in terms of technique, or can someone use a type of flipping or tumbling technique (like in Gymnastics or Extreme Martial Arts) to kick the ball?
wonphi 1 year ago
@wonphi Thanks. I have heard of AWG. I competed at the 2004 games, took 2nd in the 1 foot high kick.
I have fallen before as well in high school haha during the Native Youth Olympics they have in Anchorage.
I've heard of the Martial Arts kick as well, my older brother went on the Guieness Show in California in 2002 I believe and competed against Michael Blanks ( Billy Blanks younger brother. You know, the Tai-Bo guy) and earned a new record kick of 9 feet 6 inches.
