Silent Night at Willow Creek Community Church

Those who have ever celebrated Christmas at Willow Creek Community Church know what this is about. While singing Silent Night, everyone in the audience is to turn to their family and friends and to express their love and feelings of appreciation for each other. Sometimes family only comes to church once a year. Sometimes family comes every week. Regardless though, this is the one moment that everyone gets a chance to express our love to our families or friends. To say "I love you Mom" or "I love you Dad" or "I am very thankful to have you in my life". For some, this may be the last time we get a chance to express our love to our family.

No hearts are left untouched when Silent Night rings through the church.
