i love this song. it was really a hit when i was young. i also saw the movie "sixteen". ive watched so many movies of Ate Vi when i was young. i was mesmerized by her beauty. then i adored her for her acting and dancing talents.

Bakit naman hindi pwede? Pwede kung gugustuhin nila. Nagawa nga nila kay Amalia Fuentes & Susan Roces sa Sampaguita Pictures magpa-kontrata. Pwede sila Vilma Santos at Nora Aunor sa Sampaguita kaya lang mas naging paborito ng Sampaguita si Nora kaya minabuti na ni Vilma na mag-Tagalog Ilang-Ilang Productions. Kung tutuusin, nauna si Vilma gumawa ng pelikula sa Sampaguita. Obvious naman ang Pagpabor ng Sampaguita kay Nora kaysa kay Vilma simula ng sumikat ito sa Tower Productions.

I saw this movie in a theater. I didn't know this was produced by Sampaguita Pictures. I'm wondering why Vilma became an exclusive star of Tagalog Ilang-Ilang, when Sampaguita could have both Nora and Vilma, like what they did to Amalia and Susan. But it was good Vilma went to TIIP where she became a queen there.

One of the Best Decisions made by Vilma Santos for her career was to be a Contract Star of Tagalog Ilang-Ilang Productions (TIIP).
In view of the above, Vilma became the Queen of TIIP for she made a lot of box-office movies under TIIP.
