very nice. I would tweek it only a bit. I would do a curry rub and cook at 400 degrees so the skin crisps better. then I would brush on a honey and vinegar sauce with more curry in it so the honey doesn't burn the chicken. Nice sticky goodness. great vid.

I made this today for friends and it was a hit! I forgot the salt when I put it in the oven, but I added some later and it still tasted good. Thanks :))
