i was verbally abused by a tram driver too
the next thing he got was a complaint letter in yarra trams customer service mail box way before he could reach terminus
never seen that driver since then

I am also a driver and we put uop with enough crap without having to police people's safety as well...If she had done what was asked and not acted like a little girl there would not have been a problem..Maybe we should go to her work and mess with her,see how they like it..

Mate, you are 100% correct. The person who posted the original clip is an utter idiot. The driver did nothing wrong, and it seems to me that this "retroneo" set this whole thing up, and that as a gutless faceless person, is just sitting back trying to cause trouble.
