because the Nasheed is narrating that Sayadha Haleema Sadyah used to walk with the Prophet Muhammad saw when He was child and taking the finger of Sayadah Haleema Sadyah
When listening this Nasheed, Huzoor Shaikh-ul-Islam just accomplished this sunnah of Holy prophet(saw)'s by walking in company of other Ulamas and Nasheed reciters Personally, It looks like to me that during these few minutes of Nasheed, Huzoor Shaikh-ul-Islam was projected in the time of the childhood of our Holy Prophet(saw)
