Honestly I like the Playbook. I have a pretty powerful home PC used for gaming and pretty much full network of my house controlling lights, home audio, TV, etc. I was debating whether to get a full on laptop or a tablet and came to the conclusion that the playbook and RIMs business applications for it was best for my needs. It does a good job for portable use and just random internet browsing, email, texting, BBM, printing important documents etc. each tablet has it's ups and downs.

The lack of apps on the playbook kind of makes it a fail compared to other tablets out there... I can see all bb accessories going on sale in the near near future. I actually like the tablet, but without modern current up to date apps it's so far behind.

What I'm saying is that the point to have a tablet is to simplify things so I don't see the point in using extra hardware when are devices that don't need it. For example, what about writing a symbol in the PB? You need to press a button, access to the special keyboard and choose the symbol. In android you only need to press the button longer to have a symbol to choose from. People who want cases with keyboard should realize that netbooks exists for that purpose :-/

the keyboard is easy to type on. lookat the ipad you cant type that easy on it like you can the playbook you bought the playbook for a reason now if you do not like it sell it and get an android tablet. people want cases with keyboards and they made one so if you dont like it go to android.

If I wanted a netbook I should have bought a netbook. Instead of focusing in hardware for the PB they should design a more efficient way to write. Is ludicrous how it's easier to write in my touch Android cellphone than in the PB. I really want to like the PB, please give me a reason to do it.
