Didn't hurt at all! And healed very fest. Its very nice nad comfortable dermal-piercing so my strong advice for you is to do it! :)

I want to micros on the side of my neck like vampire bites. with red tear drop jewels. i know it would be pain ful but i just gauge my ears to a six. some what painful not bad.

no, acctually its not painful, at least not for me! :)
procedure is short and I almost did not feel pain.
