@damnu93 It doesn't quite work that way even though for some reason many 'experts' talk about turning fat into muscle and vice versa. Fat and muscle cells are 2 different kinds of tissue in your body and they grow or shrink separately from each other. The best way to do it is to keep body fat low and add lean muscle at the same time.

@lilballerina Better to avoid it if you can. It's really just a bunch of sugar water. Most people do better without the fructose in their diet.
