what is that you are brushing on the fondant around 2:25? ive heard of many different things. also, how much would it cost for this exact kit you see here. the cake support system. but not the topsy turvy thing, just because i doubt i would get too much use out of that just as a rookie decorator :)

Does the Vodka leave a sheen on the fondant or does it evaporate leaving it looking matte like the rest of the cake?
