I don't know about the people in question here, but they might not all be felons. Most could have misdemeanors. Are you really going to treat someone with a misdemeanor assault conviction different from any other person, who possibly has committed many assaults and was simply never arrested? Anyway, these people can get all your personal information, legally. Nothing is private any more.

Excuse me, but I'm a little upset by this video. Just because you don't want YOUR information in the hands of violent sexual predators, doesn't mean we're all so prude. Some of us have unusual sexual proclivities, such as being turned on by the idea of a nameless, faceless felon knowing my name, address, and phone number. I give out my credit card number when I can. How is what some people do in their own homes ANY business of yours?
