Beginner Parkour

With all the basic vaults (from 101), such as the kong, monkey, dash, kash, speed, thief, reverse, lazy, turn, underbar (under bar), gate and so on. There are also some bad precision jumps, cat leaps and rolls.

My only regret is me not putting footage of me konging and dashing the long side of a picnic bench (table) - which I landed today.

I used a low quality digital camera from a friend, and I edited the videos with Sony Vegas. The main music is Song Two (2) by Blur. I have a lot spare footage so I might post another video with some old and recent footage.

Some footage is from Fort Street High School.

@TeamACAB I think it's my attempt at an un-inverted gate vault.

I don't do parkour anymore though. Nowadays I trick, a mix between XMA and gymnastics. I'm not that good because I don't have a gym to go to. Still fun though.

I've looked at your video and all I can really say is have fun and keep practicing. As with most things in life, try not to do it all the time and just have fun.

It's good that you have a team as this will help keep the motivation alive.

Ay, nice vid man. I wish I could swing under rails :( I have back problems I have to fix before I can without smashing my back. Can you give me some feedback on my Begginers Parkour and other two parkour videos? It'd be sweet.
