A man's appeared in private at Inverness Sheriff Court on charges under the Health and Safety Act in connection with the death of a fourteen year old Army Cadet. George McCallum was the Army Major in charge of the exercise on a Western Isles loch in August 2007 during which Kayleigh McIntosh drowned.
