http://tinyurl.com/6kj5m7 When you make your mince, do make sure it's not too wet, otherwise the water will be soak into the wrap/skin and as it's sitting there, waiting for you the make the whole plate. It will start to stick to the plate and may break when you try to pick it up. You HAVE TO make sure the water is BOILING when you throw the won tons into the pot. Do make sure there is plenty of water so about 1:2 ratio. So if 1 LT just cover the won tons then you'll need 2LTs.
You want to try and throw them in as fast as you can because as soon as they hit to bottom of the pot they'll start to stick. So when you've done that with super fast speed you can gently shovel them with the BACK of an large soup or ladle. Do not use the front of a ladle as it may break your won tons.
Now we wait, it should only take a few minutes so you can probably just keep an eye on them.
