@c0deMunkey I hope you don't mind if we have a different opinion. Maybe you should listen to some of his other stuff. His singing of the Kol Nidrei is most certainly not a 'hack'. Ok, there was plenty of schmaltz along with some of his stuff, but a great singer.

Amazing voice. Stunning performer. I adore this song, however, I prefer his peppier songs like " Sitting on top of the world" and "baby Face" Those are more of his signature songs lol. But still, he does an amaaaaazing job with this one.

@thephantom1946 Right, he performed for the troops, the FIRST to perform in WW2. The DR told him to not go back, or he would lose his other lung, he went to Korea, and died, serving this country VOLUNTARILY by entertaining the troops.
