Bruce has introduced a more inteligent, technological form of fighting crime, but Portia still thinks that it should just be brute force!

Crime is mostly caused by poverty, and the fact that the wallstreet meltdown has caused matters even worse. Honestly, to me the 18 years that have been wasted could have been used for proper investement for the country. If you really expect crime rate to drop in a matter of months then tough luck. Crime is like dirt, it sticks on like glue with time. And likewise it will take time to scrub away all that mess b4 things will change. Everywhere has crime u can never truly eradicate it.
