I have exactly the same problem. I called Samsung Canada and they told me that they
can not do anything for me, shame on you samsung!! Clearly this is not an isolated problem!

I have that problem too. Now one the one "heater" that has the problem won´t work at all. It on ly gives the malfuntion signal |0. Any solutions?!

J'ai ce poêle depuis 1 ans, super satisfais! L’efficacité du poil dépend de la qualité de votre batterie de cuisine. Moi j'ai celle de tupperware. Les 2 point négatif que je peux donner sont; la fan pour refroidir la plaque est un peu bruillante et le rond au fond a droite est légèrement trop coller au panneau de contrôle donc certain chaudron ne se positionne pas parfaitement. Mais je ne le changerais pour rien aux monde.

Samsung on changé le four, et le même problème se produit avec le nouveau que nous avons reçu... parcontre, je peux dire que nous l'aimons quand même beaucoup...
