There's a blizzard here in MD so I'm making all my raw food goodies. I just made this but I didn't have suma so I used acai berry powder. Its not necessary a suma substitute, I added it just because. You voice is so cute Kate.

I made a delicious chocolate pudding using chia, it was delicious and my kids loved it too. I'm also waiting for you to get more irish moss. Love your videos kate xx

Hmmm yummy!
I prefer chia to flax because it's non estrogenic.
Do you think Irish moss could also be used as a substitute for the chia?

Dear Kate,
you say if you soak it for more than a day it goes mouldy. Does that mean you can't store chia pudding at all in the fridge ? When you make it you can't eat it the next day ?

Hmm, not sure about chia. Not the cheapest of ingredients. Might try it as a special treat though.

a little goes a long way! they swell to 3or4 times their size when u soak them. 2 tbsp per person is a good serving bcos they R so filling.
