I don't think this is battle of which one is better, it all depends on your taste: If you like traditional Irish step or innovative Chicago tap. Both are amazing in their own right! So stop arguing. Shouldn't we just appreciate how amazing they are?

@cassidyoluv It's called Riverdance because the epic dance routines have origins in traditional baroque music called 'Timedance,' performed in the 1981 Eurovision song contest. Timedance was composed by an Irish folk band.

2) It's not called 'Riverdancing' it's called 'Irish Dancing.'
Calling it Riverdancing would be like calling a Ballerina a Swan Laker! :)
