Civilization IV Painting by Greg Hildebrandt - Part 3

Greg Hildebrandt was thrilled when 2K Games and Firaxis called him to create a painting for a poster in their new 2007 release of Civilization IV. This was a lot of fun and a challenge for Greg. He loved being able to cross over civilizations in a single painting.The result is an amazing painting of Catherine the Great's army fighting Genghis Kahn's army. Looks like Catherine is winning!

Wow, I never realized how much work was put into those sorts of things. Such as when you needed to get actors with the clothes and everything.

I just bought Civilization IV Gold Edition a few days ago, and the poster blew me away! Thanks for such a great piece of work!
