Hi Silver! please check com port number and then check it in the production menager in flexi.it should be the same number. Seiki is tricky to set up but once you done that this is lovely cutter to work with.

Silver the thing I can recomand you because I have set this seiki for people is. Clean all your plugs make sure u r using the right one theres one for windows and one for mac. When it asks u to set with the disc also install the driver is very important. Ones thats up u will go to flexi make a name or what ever u like go to the cut Icon. Know it will ask the model make sure u put in the right info. And choose com 4. If that does not work u will have to delet the plug and use all the options

Hi my name is silver and I just bought a seikitech.. Came with flexi 10 software.

I loaded everything, I follow instructions step by step, but it won't seem to cut, i can't figure this out!.

It won't. Draw as well, the test cut and test draw yeah, but when I create a simple letter, it just won't work.

Please help me out ;(
