  • If there is only 10% cement in an average CEB, how can it only be 15-20% cheaper then 100% cement housing? should it not be 90% cheaper not including the labor costs?

    I mean there should be less transport costs if you can get the clay and sand mix on site, and there is no cost for clay and sand if on site, so the only material cost is the concrete correct?

    I am not including the cost of the CEB machine either of course.

  • looks good and economical...but how about durability...against the rain.....?
