This typically Punjabi (North Indian) dish tastes really nice with Makki Ki Roti (Indian maize flatbread) and a dollop of fresh butter.

  • He is like the Indian Pee-Wee Herman!!

  • For better taste one should not use mixer to puree, using hand blender only for a few seconds would be better option. The idea is not to make a paste but roughly mix. In Punjabi homes, wooden mixer stick ("Madani", one used to churn Buttermilk or Lassi) is used clockwise then anticlockwise to smooth en the Saag.

  • SORRY BROTHER NO BALLE BALLE CALL ME 9646135246

  • I tried many time Sarso ka Saag but the mustard greens taste bitter..how to remove bitterness from this recipes..Thanks

  • @haroon7000 : Give me a break! "Indian people are so racist.. blah blah blah". All the guy said was that after eating sarson ka saag, many Punjabis protected India from invaders in the past. So, that one one short comment makes it "racist". It's funny how a racist person will quickly see racism in all other people but himself. Real desi people love all of humanity, period.
