This morning I got to the gym at 10:30AM. I ran on the treadmill for 1 hour between 5.5 and 8MPH at an an incline between 2.0 and 4.0 degrees. Then I did a light leg workout, proceeded to do 30 minutes on the Stairmaster (taking full steps) and then 20 minutes on the Elliptical. I decided to come home and keep my heart rate up and do some crazy exercises outside. I did this rotation 3 times before I had the bright idea of recording it. :-) Had to use a tripod as my husband was working. LOL Hope you enjoy!
