  • The problem is, despite his very progressive point of view, he still speaks of mind as if it is fundamentally different from everything else. Dogs can indeed have the knowledge of something, not in their brain (not consciously if you like) but in their genetic code. What is the fundamental difference between the knowledge stored in the brain or the knowledge stored in the genetic code? They are both some sort of practical information (in this case, about how to be competent).

    Do not know what you mean here. No one said monkeys became humans. Where did you get that idea? What do you mean STILL HERE? Why would they not be?
