There is NO dilemma!!! When you make a film that makes over $750,000,000 trust me there is NO dilemma there is happiness!!!! So when they make a sequel why would they change ANYTHING????????

Because a lot of people won't go to see another one of these movies if it's the same as the first one, which disappointed them. And as you can see, this movie has made far less at the box office than The Da Vinci Code.

You are comparing 1 movie that has been out for 4 years - to another movie that has been out for a week - during a recession!!!!!!! Give it a chance!! I think both were great movies - with very different stories!!!

Angels and Demons could very well catch up to The Da Vinci Code in the long run, but it opened at $48 million whereas The Da Vinci Code opened at $77 million. But regardless of the box office numbers, I'm glad to hear you enjoyed both films. :)

I loved the da vinci code, probably cause i didn't read the book, I hated angels and demons, i read the book before, and they left out soo much good stuff!, the original story of Dan Brown was way better! they even left some key characters and twists out wich made the story awesome!, the movie was a big dissapointment to me...

But you can't really expect movie producers to follow the book. In some instances they do but, they mostly don't.

MURDERED the book. I'm sorry, but the book was unbelievable so it would have been hard to match it but still they could have followed the book more closely. They ruined the Hassain and they took out Max Kohler who was essentail. Ewan Mcgregor was the saving grace.

not the code this everyone has something against this course it didnt follow the book.there was more action a unwater fight to the death the killer was a rappist langdon jump a thousand feet into the river and lived. and the camelango guy was jezus or something who was the master mind behind this

dan brown would be turning in his crave if he was dead. they didnt get it right the hassasin was hearthless he had no regret he was younger and a rapeist. there was love between vittoria and langon the poe was the camerlango farther. birth farther. it made this look like this took place after the da vinci code. there was the water fight thing langon getting choked at the fire langon on the hellicopter doing the best dive ever. were was kohler and the 4 priset died not 3 died 1 lived

I am sooo dissapointed that they chose Hanks for the main character. I mean, Maybe a guy who's charismatic, entertaining, heroic, captivating or even borderline hot would have made this movie watchable. The book was okay, the movie was awful.
