im not exactly sure, but from what i understood, the person who's docs were dropped either outsmarted darthtrayal or it was because the person was merely protesting scientology's wrongdoings.

he dropped docs on someone as i said and urged people to destroy his life. then said he would not do it again, that is what i meant by he promised not to be bad again, but recently, he went back on that promise.
