I was at the Waldorf for 10 years after that I went to another large hotel. I'm still there but because of policey I can't mention it on the web. However their ballroom holds 2500 people for dinner on rounds. Where the Waldorf's ballroom is smaller but still pretty big at 1660 people. At the place I'm at we have over 60 banquet and meeting rooms. That's all I'm allowed to say.

Thats what I'm talkin about. What Banquet hall or facility or hotel banquet department or whatever do you run that gets these massive turnovers

Please! Lets see some real Banquet Housemen. LOL! Meeting set ups are easy when you're setting an empty room. How's about a School Room to a Banquet turn for 1000 in less than an hour? Or a Lunch set up to a Dinner Dance. Let's see some turnovers.

yo man u guys slow n the lady recording had to remind u of items that should be on the table n she had to remind u to look at ur B.E.O just to make sure u guys have the right stuff n the right set up....that was a really easy u-shape
