I love this guy.....Biden he's the greatest.
People just don't understand that the official government position can't be to shut down commerce.
So they send out Joe with a carefully controlled gaff, to get the message out that if you don't NEED to travel, don't. Then the media will run Joe's gaff on a loop all day and the message gets out without causing panic. It's beautiful really.

Presidential spokesperson Gibbs corrected Biden. He said what Biden meant when he said what he said was not what he meant to say. What he meant to say was something entirely different from what he said. What he said was misunderstood somehow and Gibbs knows what Biden meant.
