In less than 30 seconds, this fat pollock was able to free his body from steel clamps set on fire without any injuries. DO NOT TRY THIS. He is a trained proffessional and has been practicing this for over 20 years. The amazing filmer who hung the top of the cave over lava not even zooming in did not suffer any injuries.

However, 14 minutes after this video was uploaded...poor Adam died of blood circulation, breast cancer,down sydrome, william's sydrome, add, adhd, dwarfism, gigantism, and overdose of kubus (the polish drink sensation).
