Cocteau Twins- Love's Easy Tears Restored

One of the best rock songs ever, haunting, poetic... Here especially for Youtube, I took the footage from the Tishbites DVD and imported it into After Effects and cleaned up the graininess, I imported that file into Sony Vegas, where I added contrast, saturation/luminance, and some nice glint effects to ease transitions between some of the video dropouts. I composited the intro image in Photoshop from the video still. And of course remastered the audio in all it's glory....
Liz... please make up with Robin and Simon... a whole world is waiting for the music!!!

Liz Fraser is almost magical in her delivery. She's some kind of great human specimen, but she has been ignored because of the obscure nature of the Cocteau Twins, and because she is reasonably social and normal. If she was odd, people would call her a savant genius. She is a genius. She's the best female singer on Earth.

I'd say, LITERALLY, the second-best rock song - if you have the Love's Easy Tears EP, "Those Eyes That Mouth" is next and it's easily the most incredible song you'll ever hear.

@Polyfusia i don't think she's been ignored, i think she's doing her best to deflect any sort of media interest in her, and also not to add fuel to all those "voice of god" gushings that get thrown at her. i don't know her, but it seems to me she's not intersted in any kind of adulation or attention. which is frustrating for the rest of us who all want her to release that solo album finally......gosh it's such a long time.

This group had such a unique sound all to themselves, brings back great memories listening to WLIR, New York. I wonder, are the Irish ? We all know the Irish are very talented with their voices. No matter what their backgroung, love them !!
