you need to finish the game first and then beat those big monsters called adamantoise cuz they drops Trapenzedron(dont know how to spell) which can be used to upgrade all weapons from 2nd stage to ultimte stage or buy that component from the shop for 1.5 M gil.

You probably wont even read this but, if you do could you tell me what weapon do you recommend for Lightning?

i prefer to use Lionheart. it has quick stagger ability which i wanted to use against enemies for quick stagger. but it wont be an idea choice if you want to use her as a damage dealer though.
