This is awesome! What was the purpose of replacing the servos' controllers? Was it cheaper to mod them than to buy servos that already have the accuracy you're looking for? Also, how much did the whole project cost?

@durakes: as this was built by hand there are no CAD drawings at the moment. Actually there are no drawings whatsoever since i built it part by part as the design progressed. However sometime soon I will be releasing online, CAD designs for a 6DOF manipulator
