What did you use for the 6th amendment.  Also, waterboarding used to be in the definition of torture, but it was taken out. Obama banned waterboarding in 2009 though. YAY!!

Waterboarding is definitely torture. It needs to be said, if a process is utilizing pain as a measure to induce any kind of statement, it can be construed as torture. Waterboarding is a non-lethal technique utilizing pain as a central element of its process, so it is torture. I hate Bush Jr. because of that...
