Scene from American Beauty

I did this for a telecommunications class, it was part of a group Studio project in which we were to recreate a scene from a movie. The focus was on technical aspects, not acting. I was the Technical Director. These actors are not professional, they were members of the telecom class.

oh boy oh boy. if you're going to renact a scene with that features academy award winning actors...make sure its a good job. you guys need to build the stakes up more and connect and react off each other. what i saw were all of you just saying the words with no truthful connection

Thanks, but I was the Technical Director of this student project, and I don't even know these people anymore. They weren't even acting students, nor had interest in acting, it was more an technical exercise in putting together a studio project (lighting, staging, props, organization, camera angles and cutting, etc)

The musics wrong for a start, its meant to be dull to represent the truth behind the american dream, alright effort i guess I couldn't do any better.
