Hey everyone, Here a short meditation practice to do daily to improve mental and physical health! Taking even a few minutes out daily is so beneficial.. Try it for yourself!

  • @dillydallyprincess You could do both, at the beginning you sit with what is, and it helps you to ground before you start practicing.. At the end you already relaxed through yoga so it will be easier to focus on the meditation. Really try out both and see what you like!

  • I agree you really do have a nice calming voice. Its soothing. My neck started cracking too lol But it felt really good. :)

  • Is it normal that when you do this meditation your back and Neck make this cracking noise for no reason? If felt good anyways.

  • Thank you for this video! I used to have a mixed cd of guided meditations that i loved but i lost it and haven't really meditated since. It felt really good doing this meditation. please post more meditations if you can :)

  • Thank you for this video. I use to do yoga with my mom when I was very, very little. I continued to do it until I was 15, then fell out of it for a few years. At 18 I'm getting back into it, and love meditating, this really helped. I'm a big fan of your videos, I've felt much better since doing them.
