FitnessDudes 4 exercise muscle building circuit.
You complete the circuit 4-6 times in a row without rest in order to complete the workout.
If rest is needed, take 1-2 minutes in between cycles but NO MORE than that. We hope this helped you guys and if you have any questions or comments they are greatly appreciated
