How do outsiders view Christians? What does it mean to be a Christian? How did Jesus Define Being a Christian?

Being a Christian is about submitting to God, and Jesus said that would be seen by all as love for one another.

Thus like this video said the mark of a christian is being others centered.

that's the key difference isn't it?will you be people centered or Christ centered? Unfortunately this video makes you think being centered on helping others brings salvation, yet 1 Cor 15 shows Christ's act of sacrificial love not our acts of charity. Christ says that the world hated him and the world will hate you (christians) We are to be marked by love, it is the second greatest commandment. But let us not pass up the first, to love GOD. And what God revealed in scripture is VERY important

We need not rely on man made Christian definitions and actions. If we only look to the teacher Jesus, he talks about being humble to self, to love others and live passionately for GOD. Rest is all views and points by you, me and the man on any proverbial pedastal!

@JXXD89 Friend I don't make promises to anyone. Yaweh already made them and confirmed them in his son Yeshua. Who died for the sins of this world. That whomsoever will call upon him and believe and repent shall be saved. What is going on in humanity? It's easy friend humanity is being deceived much as you are and lulled into thinking they have become enlightened only to be shown to be even in greater darkness than they have ever been. Yeshua saves!.
