Whats the difference between a T-72 and a T-90 autoloader?? Does the T-80 use the same loader as the T-90?

the autoloader in the T-80, and T-90 is fasters than the one used in early model T-72's... though all of our T-72 use all modern equipment including the same AL as the T-80, and T-90 use

nothing weird.

t-64 when introduced was the most advanced MBT in the world, but it was too expensive.

t-72 was built as less costly alternative.

btw - t-72 was exported to many countries, but not a single t-64 was ever sold to any foreign army.

@380800 T-72's autoloader is spaced diferently in the tank turret. In the T-64 the autoloader blocks the entire area around the gunner, he's surrounded by ammo, and if the driver needs to get out, the whole turret has to be turned sideways , so that a gap forms big enough for a man to squeze out of the driver's cabin . In T-72 autoloader is near the tank's bottom and there's more space inside for the crew but the loading time is longer.

Im not sure what tanks are in this Video but I see alot of people asking whats the best tank out there. The most "Advanced" tank is the Isreal Defense Force (IDF) Merkava IV. However im sure the American Abrham gives it a run for its money.

Because T-64 loader loads both the round and the charge at once. T-72 loader loads the round and then loads the charge, so it's somewhat slower. Because of that T-72 loader is simpler and less prone to jamming.
