  • @sanjeevkapoorkhazana I love how indians tend to make pastes out of things. It just adds this lovely flavor to things. I will try and cook this later.

  • The red paste is the Chettinad paste which is made by all the ingredients that are being cooked in the beginning. Some of it is being used as the garnish.

  • @ramneek611 at the very end when u see the dish u see all of those spices on top of the chicken its is seperate from the rest
