Reciters 1-3 have evident major tajweed errors in their recitation. Out of those 5, I would say the best Qira'a technically would be number 4.
Have a listen to Husary and Minshawi, they are masters of recitation for a reason. They're not as "melodical" when reciting but at least their recitation is technically correct (or of such a high calibre that only other Qura' would notice the problem).
Once you realise there are errors it becomes very difficult to listen regardless of the melody.

MashaAllah... nice selection. All of them have been blessed with a beautiful voice mashaAllah. I agree with Maher, Tawfeeq and hani, they are also one of my favourites.
