It was now 7 pm, dinner time at the Jonas household. 'Demi, I'm free Friday afternoon, we could go golfing.' Brad announced. 'You two are going golfing...together.' Joe asked confused. Brad smiled 'Yes we are.' Joe looked at Demi, who didn't make eye contact. 'Okay I guess, cool.' He continued to eat. 'Mom, are you okay?' Miley looked at Angelina. She looked like she was in her own world. 'Mom?' Miley snapped her fingers, suddenly Angelina got out of zone. 'Yes?' she jumped. 'Are you okay? You've been acting weird...you haven't even touched your dinner.' Miley said worried. 'It's okay sweetheart I'm just out of it today.' Angelina reassured everyone. 'Joseph, how's the project going?' Brad asked trying to change the subject. Everyone's attention went straight to Joe who just completing blown away by the question. 'Euhm...it's going good...I'm almost ready... you know.' He scratched his head. 'Good, your presenting it next week...Friday how does that sound?' Miley chocked 'No...the engagement party is Saturday I was thinking we could all leave Thursday!' she argued. 'Joe's presentation will take place in the morning I think about 9-10 AM after that's done we could all leave for New York together. One day will not make a difference.' Brad said. Miley shrugged, Brad looked at Joe for his reaction. 'I suppose it's alright with me.' Joe said.


'Hey are you mad at me or something?' Joe sat next to Demi on the couch. 'I hate that show.' Miley whined 'But I like it & were watching it.' Bailee said. 'No why do you ask?' Demi tried to focus on the TV 'Does this have to do with this afternoon, the box thing?' Demi stayed silent. 'I'll be in the bedroom if you need me.' Demi stood up and left. Joe looked at her walk away 'I'm confused did I do something?' he looked around the room waiting for an answer. 'I'll go check on her.' She said standing up. 'I can't stand that show anyway.'


'What's up?' Miley jumped on the bed. 'What's with the whole jealousy thing? Got a crush on your fiancée?' Miley joked. 'Ha ha not funny.' Demi rolled her eyes. 'Come on what's up tell Miley.' Demi smiled a bit 'That's the thing, I don't know what's up...remember when Joe walked into the room earlier?' Miley sat up. 'How can I forget.' Demi sighed 'Yeah...well he was looking for this box and when I wanted to look what was inside the box he hid it away from me and said it was something between Pixie and him.' Demi explained. Miley put her hand on her chest 'How sweet your jealous.' Demi glared at her. 'What? It's true...trust me there's nothing going on with Pixie and Joe. Their just close because she was there when Joe decided to change his lifestyle.' Miley said trying to reassure Demi. Demi nodded. Miley clapped her hands 'Anyway...once you get to know Pixie you'll see she's awesome.'


Miley closed the door 'So?' Joe asked her. 'I did some damage control just don't bring it up to her the whole jealousy, she's in denial.' Miley walked away. 'Oh hey Miley!' Miley turned around 'Pixie is coming next week, Monday. Can you notify everyone their all downstairs in the living room...I forgot.' Miley nodded.
