Major thumbs down to this claiming to be HD just because it was exported in a 1080 upscale. You could at least of found a video with the original smooth frame rate in tact.

@MoonknightX9 to me, the CPU was WAAAAAAAY too stupid, which made races very unexciting, ruining the flow of the game. the second game kinda corrected it and made the levels more challenging with even sharper CPU, so it didn't feel like a Sonic Drift rip-off stuck on easy mode. just forget Free Riders. bad controls, terrible story telling, character derailment (except for Sonic and Tails). it was just a mess of a series.
