  • Nice house and neighborhood.

Theirs no way those guys would harm children with disability. Those meeting and rude munch people need to get over it.

  • Pathetic.

    These *residents* are disgusting.

  • Call it what it is-- NIMBY. They're probably all for helping disabled adults lead productive, independent lives in normally functioning homes-- just not homes in THEIR neighborhood.

    Nice.

The funny thing is, most special needs adults that I've met a GREAT with kids, because in a way they're still kids themselves.

  • I guess the people in this neighborhood feel people with developmental disabilities should be placed in assylums. They probably will do that with their own children who are disabled, you know, hide the embarrassment. TERI can sign a contract to assure the residents that registered sex offenders will not be moved in. But I have a feeling these residents really aren't concerened with that. Same problem my former Group Home had...property values was the concern.
