  • Really the vocalist could have made this song way more interesting than it is usually presented by singers if the mics had been amplified abit more and he'd have stopped playing for the crowd. Obviously a fantastic singer with a fantastic range, but not even audible among all the instruments. :(

  • you gotta be kidding me...glenn hughes kicks coverdale's ass while he's playing bass...listen to burn

  • @keven11224

Ya he sings truely awesome. Holy man is an great example of his skilled vocals

  • Is that cliff richard? In more ways than one. Seriously ronnie montrose was and still is apparently from whats on show here, a true legend. The guy should certainly get the credit he deserves. Today has Slash we had Montrose. Nuff said. Oh yes and sorry Glen, stick to soul its more your bag. Ahem. God bless you ronnie montrose. Make it last.

  • Comparing Hughes to Coverdale is a joke. Hughes has done nothing on par with Whitesnake (or at least none of us who listen to fm radio has ever heard it). Even the kids in American Idol can sing high falsetto. Yawn.......................

  • this was a fabulous night! the start of many friendships.

  • @cherielynnae

According to Glenn Hughes it is indeed Mr Paxon. Very good drumming

  • drummer looks like Jimmy Paxson (stevie nicks- edgar winter -stanley clark).. who is one hot drummer..wishes the vocals were clearer.. I love this song.. and Glenn is amazing.

Ronnie...stands with the greats in the hall of fame of guitarists!

  • Who is playing drums? It doesn't look like Denny Carmassi. Even though I can't see his face clearly, this drummer is using his entire body to hit the drums, whereas Denny does it effortlessly - he can still blow it out using only his forearms. This drum riff is equal to "When The Levee Breaks" as one of the greatest of all time, and Denny Carmassi is one of the greatest drummers in Rock and Roll!

  • annoying singer
