CEFX 1027, a leased AC4400CW from CIT Group, leads a Canadian Pacific Railway intermodal train. With CP SD40-2 6069 trailing, still in the old pacman scheme through Merrickville Ontario. Hot on the heels of CP #233 which has already arrived in Smiths Falls for a crew change.

Hello Model Railroader Magazine? Isn't 1027 the number of your former address in Milwaukee? :o)

  • Great vid! I love Merrickville, I always go to LarkSpurLine when I'm there. I'l be there next week, how is the freight traffic on an average day? Also are there any spots where the Rideau canal bridge can be seen?

  • I saw 6069 lead 30J (#164) a while ago. I taped it of course, and you can find it if you just look up 30J or Canadian Pacific 6069. Btw, is that a WRRS crossing bell? It's very echo-y.

  • awesome! hey, u know that CITX has a SD70M-2

  • It's really a great paint scheme until it gets dirty.

I like the two "Coast Guard" strips on the body.

  • wow a cefx bluebird!
