@bulafijione one thing to remember when converting to manual with any car is ,the little spigot bush in the end of the crankshaft ,you will need to fit one for a manual car,its something a lot of people forget to do ,and then they wonder way they cant get the box in ,ive heard stories of guys pulling there hair out ,wondering why the fucking thing wont fit.... anyway good luck!!

hey i have an 88 325 and its automatic too. i want to do the 5 speed conversion. theres a complete 5 speed 325 at the junk yard. do i just grab everything holding the 5 speed transmission in and the pedal assembly or is there any aftermarket parts i would need to buy to get this done?

hey ,,did u change the ecu?or how did u make it start,,,its all I need,,,,I am thinking in buying a manual ecu,,,or how to make my ecu think that is in parking ,,so it can start..
