In exactly 10 days time, kenyan athletes will take on the punta umbria course in spain to defend eight world cross-country titles and it is a task the team of 24 admit will not be easy. The team, which is battling with hotter weather conditions than in previous years at the kigari camp, is upbeat as training continues and during a visit to the camp the athletes who have adopted the motto 'die hard' trust they have what it takes to conquer the world once again.
