  • Well, it WAS done at a church. Hahaha

However, I don't like how the low notes were brought up the octave. It doesn't really sound right....

  • This is amazing!

  • other than one boy, this is my favourite song in the show, we did it last year at school and it was amazing!

  • kim's a great actress, lots of energy (both of them!) but her arms!! it's like she has no idea what she's doing with them :/ other than that, it looks like a great production!

  • Fav. Song in the play :D

  • I totally agree. That kind of ruined the song.

  • Ahah thanks : )

I have two videos up of me singing when I played Ado Annie in Oklahoma. You should check them out : )

  • Well congratulations on getting the other show -- you must be pretty good.

  • Thanks, but the audition was like, two months ago =) Thanks anyway. I didn't end up singing this for my audition, and I got a decent part, but I had to decline it, because I had the lead in another play at the time, and was just too busy. Plus, I realized I'd have to miss one of the performances. Thanks for the advice, though. I usually don't sing a song from the show I'm doing as an audition, I just hadn't known what to sing for this one =)

  • good luck with your auditions, but just so ya know, singing a song from the play youre auditioning for is generally seen as a turn-off (every actor needs time to get into their character, so if you perform it and don't do it the way the director wants he'll be like, oh, she cant do this character when in fact you might just need time and direction to understand your character) i'm sure whatever you do, you'll do great, though. :)

  • The whole point of Rosie and the rascist view is that even though she has a Spanish name she's just plain American... A country accent might not be appropriate but having a Spanish accent would not work at all

  • why does she sound southern???? our bye bye birdie play was sooo much better.
